• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and OTP authorizations.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

QuickBrocker enables owners, verified brokers, agencies, and builders to publish listings for Sale, Rent, PG/Co-living, Commercial properties, and New Projects. When submitting a listing, you guarantee that:

QuickBrocker reserves the right to review, edit, reject, de-list, or suspend any property listing that fails our verification criteria or violates our policies.

QuickBrocker provides options for direct owner-to-tenant/buyer interaction (Zero Brokerage) as well as access to recommended verified brokers and exclusive agency partners:

• Direct Owner Listings: Connect directly with property owners without intermediaries. No platform brokerage is charged on direct owner connections.
• Broker & Agency Listings: When dealing with registered brokers or agencies, any standard professional brokerage fees or terms are agreed upon directly between the parties.
• Independent Verification: Users are advised to verify property documents, ownership titles, and physical premises prior to signing agreements or transferring funds.

Commercial vendors using the platform agree to adhere to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and all applicable state housing regulations:

Users shall NOT engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated crawlers, scrapers, data miners, or bots to harvest property data, contact details, or media.
• Posting duplicate, spam, fictitious, or bait-and-switch listings.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or impersonating other users, owners, or representatives.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, access control, or rate limiters on our API and web services.
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful content.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, site architecture, software code, user interface designs, and compilation of listing data on QuickBrocker are the proprietary property of QuickBrocker and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

By submitting content or images to QuickBrocker, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the content on our portal and affiliated channels.

QuickBrocker operates as an online discovery platform connecting property seekers with owners, builders, and agents. While we take rigorous measures to verify listings and vendor credentials:

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of QuickBrocker following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

QuickBrocker may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform without prior notice if you breach any term of this agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of QuickBrocker shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
